This Privacy Policy explains how SIP Toolbox ("we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our Primavera P6 schedule review service (the "Service") at https://www.siptoolboxs.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Project data: Primavera P6 files (XER, XML, IPM), schedule contents, and review outputs you generate.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser metadata, and IP address for security and analytics.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send us.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
• To generate AI-assisted review outputs that you request.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

We process personal data under the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, database, AI inference, email delivery) under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where required by law.

5. Data retention

Uploaded schedule files are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted automatically. Account records are retained for the life of the account and a reasonable period thereafter for tax, audit, and legal purposes. See our File Retention Policy for details.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email privacy@siptoolboxs.com to exercise these rights.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. See our Data Security Policy.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or via email.
