Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SIP Toolbox's Primavera P6 schedule review service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No use of the Service to build a competing product.
• No upload of malware or content you have no right to use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of schedule files and other content you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate review narratives, recommendations, and analyses. Outputs are provided as professional aids, not as a substitute for a licensed scheduler's or engineer's judgement. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Confidentiality

We treat Customer Content as confidential and only access it as needed to operate the Service or with your permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by SIP Toolboxand protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for any specific contractual or legal purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
